ESD design and simulation in IO circuit.
Guide the layout engineer to complete the layout design of IO.
Convert simulation results of IO circuits and layouts based on analog design into library files required for digital design.
Responsible for the test plan of the IO circuit and the laboratory test work and use support of the IO circuit.
Complete related design documentation.
Successful tapeout experience is preferred.

 Master degree or above in Electrical Engineering. Microelectronics or related specialty.
Good communication skills, team spirit, fast learning ability.
Familiar with the semiconductor process and structures of devices.
Familiar EDA software.
