Your role :
Are you solution oriented? Do you know how to come up with creative ideas for clients? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:

– create partnerships by increasing depth and breadth of existing client relationships
– increase the returns of products and services
– generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
– make sound and balanced judgments (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards)
– motivate and inspire others by providing a vision of shared goals

Your team :
You’ll be working in the M&A Team within the Investment Banking division based in Beijing. Our role is to provide corporate, institutional and wealth management clients with advice, solutions and execution in relation to various M&A activities . We help our clients identify and access the investments that match their specific objectives

职位要求：

Your expertise :
- a university degree in business administration, economics or finance or equivalent
- at least 10 years of experience within the Investment Banking industry, and a broad exposure to the China domestic and cross-border M&A.
- in-depth knowledge on A share market transactions, rules and regulations
- experience of motivating and leading a team of experienced bankers
- familiarity with the sector/product, its key drivers, market trends, relevant players and related financial metrics is critical
- experience in the Asia Pacific markets, as well as broader, global knowledge would be an added advantage
- fluency in English and Mandarin given the role will have a key focus on the China market
