BASIC INFORMATION
BUSINESS TITLE: Corporate Cash Sales, Local Corporate Team
CORPORATE GRADE: Director
DIVISION: Global Transaction Banking
TEAM / BRANCH CCM DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Head of Sales, Corporate Cash Management China
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Lead cash management sales team for local Chinese corporate client segment;
2. Responsible for driving DB Local Chinese corporate cash management franchise and revenue growth and delivery with set of KPIs achieved;
3. Lead all facets of the sales and activation cycle including prospecting, proposal, contracting business mandates;
4. Develop and grow relationship with local Chinese Corporate Treasury decision maker via effective calling efforts to ensure business deliveries;
5. Be a trust advisor by providing consultative advisory to corporate treasury from product, regulatory, geographic perspectives by leveraging product expertise to further client relationship;
6. Partner with Corporate Banking colleagues with the prospecting process and preparation of sales presentations and pitch materials;
7. Coordinate cross functional teams (Compliance, Operations, Legal) to ensure client’s objectives are achieved;
8. Serve as a liaison between middle/back offices and clients to fulfill contract obligations;
9. Work closely with regional/global partners to ensure that full alignment on client executions;
10. To achieve team as well as individual business and financial target and maximize market share.
11. To cross sell Transaction Banking products/services to promote DB’s franchise.
12. Strict obedience to the cost control policy.
13. Understand and comply with regulations and internal policies to ensure no deviation to each compliance requirement.
14. To build up Deutsche Bank market profile by organizing or participating in various marketing events.
15. To assist China Corporate Cash Management Sales head in planning and administrative responsibilities and build up a performance driven working atmosphere.
职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree and/or above with minimum 8 years working experience.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as a team player with strong influential skill that can motivate team members to achieve business objectives.
3. Specialized in cash management and trade finance knowledge and expertise with local Chinese corporate client coverage experience preferred.
4. Excellent presentation, strong selling and customer service skills including but not limited to communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to articulate, formulate and deliver high quality presentation and communicate with all levels of management.
6. Ability to make decisions, influence others and work in co-operative manner and find resolution to product needs. 7. Self-motivated and performance driven. Ability to lead the team driving for success, as well as work independently under pressure.
8. Solid analytic skills, knowledge in finance, accounting and/or treasury.
9. Strong appreciation of operations processes and procedures.
10. Strong written and spoken English, native preferred.
11. Familiar with the regulatory environment concerning financial industry.
12. Sufficient MS office knowledge and experience
